Terms & Conditions for CNC Machining Inquiries and Website Use

These Terms & Conditions provide general rules for using the EASEMFG website, submitting CNC machining inquiries, uploading drawings or CAD files, requesting quotations, and communicating about manufacturing projects.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general business introduction, CNC machining service explanation, material reference, capability overview, and inquiry communication.

Website content may be updated from time to time. EASEMFG does not guarantee that all website descriptions, images, examples, or application references are suitable for every project without specific engineering review.

2. CNC Machining Inquiries and RFQ Submission

When you submit a request for quotation, upload CAD files, or send project information, you confirm that the submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share the related drawings, files, and technical details.

  • RFQ submissions are used for quotation review and project communication.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a purchase order, production contract, or manufacturing commitment.
  • Technical feasibility, material availability, tolerance requirements, surface finishing, inspection scope, and delivery plan must be reviewed before order confirmation.

3. Quotations and Project Review

Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including drawings, CAD files, materials, quantity, finishing requirements, tolerance notes, inspection needs, and delivery expectations.

A quotation may change if project information changes, drawings are revised, quantity is adjusted, material requirements change, finishing requirements are added, or additional inspection or packaging requirements are requested.

Final pricing, production scope, lead time, inspection requirements, and delivery arrangements should be confirmed in writing before production starts.

4. Drawings, CAD Files, and Technical Documents

Drawings, CAD files, technical documents, images, and project descriptions submitted through this website or by email are used for RFQ review, manufacturability assessment, project communication, quotation preparation, and production-related discussion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting files through this website does not automatically create a formal NDA or exclusive manufacturing agreement. If a formal confidentiality agreement is required, please contact EASEMFG before sharing highly sensitive project information.

5. Confidentiality and Project Information

EASEMFG understands that CNC machining projects may include confidential business, engineering, or product development information. We use submitted project information for quotation, technical review, production communication, quality review, and related business purposes.

Customer project files are not intentionally disclosed to unrelated third parties. However, project-related information may be shared with necessary manufacturing, finishing, inspection, logistics, communication, or service partners when required to support a specific project.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances, Materials, and Surface Finishing

Tolerance, material, and surface finishing requirements must be confirmed according to the drawing, project application, machining process, material behavior, part structure, inspection method, and production quantity.

General website statements about CNC machining capabilities, materials, or finishing options are for reference only. They should not be treated as confirmed specifications for a specific order unless they are included in the final quotation, technical agreement, drawing, or written order confirmation.

7. Lead Time, Delivery, and Shipping

Lead time depends on part complexity, material availability, quantity, machining process, surface finishing, inspection requirements, packaging, and shipping arrangements.

Estimated lead times are provided for planning purposes. Final delivery schedules should be confirmed in writing. Shipping time may be affected by carrier conditions, customs clearance, destination country requirements, holidays, weather, or other factors outside direct manufacturing control.

8. Orders, Payment, and Production Confirmation

Production normally begins after quotation confirmation, order confirmation, required technical details, and payment terms are agreed. EASEMFG may request clarification before production if drawings, material requirements, tolerance notes, or finishing instructions are incomplete.

Payment terms, invoice details, tax matters, bank charges, and currency arrangements should be confirmed before order processing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, correct material requirements, clear tolerance notes, authorized project files, application requirements, and any required compliance or testing standards.

  • Customers should confirm that submitted files do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Customers should state any special application, safety, regulatory, or export requirements before quotation confirmation.
  • Customers should review quotation details, drawings, and technical assumptions before approving production.

10. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided drawings, CAD files, product designs, and technical documents remain the property of the customer or the relevant rights holder.

Website text, layout, graphics, images, case descriptions, and other EASEMFG website materials may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission, except for normal business reference or quotation communication.

11. Application Cases and Website Images

Website case pages, images, diagrams, and application examples may include real workshop cases, application-style references, generated visual materials, or representative examples used to explain CNC machining scenarios.

Unless specifically stated, application references should not be interpreted as disclosure of a specific customer project, guaranteed result, certification claim, or confirmed production record.

12. Third-Party Services and External Links

This website may use or link to third-party services such as hosting, analytics, email tools, form tools, file upload systems, logistics providers, or external websites.

EASEMFG is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or service availability of external websites or third-party platforms.

13. Limitation of Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general business and technical communication. It should not be treated as final engineering advice, legal advice, compliance certification, or a guaranteed manufacturing result.

Each CNC machining project should be reviewed based on its own drawing, material, function, tolerance, finishing requirement, inspection method, and application environment.

14. Export, Compliance, and Restricted Applications

Customers are responsible for informing EASEMFG of any export control, restricted application, special compliance requirement, safety requirement, or regulated use case related to the submitted project.

EASEMFG may decline or pause project review if a part, application, destination, or requirement appears to involve restricted, unclear, or unsupported compliance conditions.

15. Updates to These Terms

EASEMFG may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect website changes, business process updates, service changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
