Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, STL, SLDPRT, X_T, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP and RAR — up to 50MB per file. 3D solid models (STEP/IGES) are preferred. STL files require a matching 2D drawing with dimensions.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
50MB per file, 100MB total per submission, up to 5 files. If your files are larger, contact sales@easemfg.com for alternative upload options.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quotes are sent within 24 hours of submission. Complex projects may take up to 48 hours. You will receive the quote via email.
Do you offer samples or prototypes?
Yes. We can produce prototype or sample parts before committing to a full production run. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing your files. Our standard confidentiality process covers all submitted designs.
